JOSH STONE

Founder. Creative Director.

Josh Stone is a director and creative visionary driven by the belief that great storytelling can change the world. 

At just 23 years old, he founded FlowMotion Media, Inc. alongside fellow creatives, transforming an ambitious startup into an award-winning and successful production company. Under his leadership, the team partnered with globally recognized brands and artists including Nike, Epic Records, Jordan Brand, Motorola, Anheuser-Busch, Fall Out Boy, Lollapalooza, CenturyLink, and Halle Berry.

Josh has directed and produced content for more than 350 hotels nationwide, bringing a cinematic, emotionally driven approach to hospitality storytelling.

 

In the music world, he directed music videos for Chevelle that have surpassed 10 million views and became one of the youngest creative directors to lead visuals for Train’s Play That Song world tour. His animation work for The Used’s anniversary tour reached millions of fans worldwide.

Beyond branded and tour content, Josh served as show runner for two episodes of the Chicago Blackhawks television series, and has consulted and presented on how social content can be strategically adapted to transcend platforms.

 

As Director of Content for Consequence of Sound’s social channels, reaching more than 12 million followers, he developed original series and mini-docs that expanded the brand’s digital presence.

His work has earned multiple industry awards, but more importantly, it has earned lasting trust, from global corporations to independent artists.

Today, FlowMotion Media, Inc. has evolved into Bedrock Studios, where Josh serves as Creative Director. He leads with a clear vision: to build a thriving creative community, tell bigger and more impactful stories, and expand into new audiences and markets. 

RACHEL EHRENBERG

Co-Founder. Creative Producer.

Rachel is a producer and creative strategist who loves turning big ideas into work that inspires.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Illinois at Chicago, building a foundation in storytelling, performance, and production. After graduating, she signed with a talent agency and immersed herself in the city’s theatre scene by performing, assistant directing, and stage managing. That hands-on experience shaped her understanding of narrative, audience, and execution.

Rachel later obtained her real estate license and quickly rose within Chicago’s competitive market, working alongside two of the city’s top-producing teams. There, she sharpened her expertise in sales strategy, negotiations, and client relations, skills that would later become instrumental in scaling creative businesses.

Blending artistic instinct with operational precision, Rachel transitioned into media production, joining FlowMotion Media, Inc. as Account Director and Producer. She played an important role in building client partnerships and leading productions from concept through delivery, ensuring both creative excellence and strategic impact.

As a creative producer, Rachel has led projects for brands including The Ritz-Carlton, The Peninsula, St. Regis, Big Joe, and numerous hospitality brands nationwide. Her ability to translate client vision into compelling visual storytelling has been central to the company’s growth.

Now at Bedrock Studios, Rachel focuses on developing bold ideas, building strong partnerships, and creating work that resonates. Her career reflects a blend of creative intuition, business strategy, and entrepreneurial drive.
